| The APE Model 50 Vibratory Pile Driver/Extractor
is the largest, most powerful machine in it's class of small
vibros. It has 30% eccentric moment that its competitiors thanks
to heavy metal enhanced eccentrics. The Model 50 also incorporates
the patented one peice gear/eccentric design which eliminates
bolts, keys, or splines inside the gearbox. The gears are helical
and the bearings are spherical thus allowing the Model 50 to
drive extreme batter piles without bearing damage. The gearbox
features a machined o-ring groove to seal the top plate to allow
the Model 50 to operate under water with no modifications. The
suspended weight is only 2800 kg (4500 lbs.) It is powered by
a 194 kW (260 HP) engine power unit warranteed for five years
or 10,000 engine hours. The power unit comes with every possible
option including forward and reverse hydraulic flow so you can
operate a drill or other hydraulic equipment including APE hydraulic
impact hammers. All APE standard clamp attachments for wood
piles, concrete piles, steel and plastic sheet piles, and many
more are readily available for APE. The APE Mdoel 50 comes with
the longest, strongest warranty offered in the pile driving
industry. |
