ROBVIB STRIKES NEW YORK FIRST

Robovib (RO-BO-VIBE) has completed its first mission in New York. The machine was purchased by an experienced user of excavator pile driving attachments including the rival to Robovib…the Movax. The Robovib has passed its first mission and now is going into full production for 2005.

Robovib’s technology is from the future, with its three eccentrics positioned directly over the pile and super heavy duty tilt mechanism. This machine will revolutionize excavator mounted pile driving. It is made to take the abuse and designed to avoid downtime.

J&M 416 Is Good News In Middle East

Story from Karl Pacik:

Attached some photos I took today here in Abu Dhabi.

The contractor APCC is using our brand new USA made J&M 416 to drive temporary
steel casings of 750 mm diameter and 18 m length in pre-bored soil at
the prestegious Marina Mall Extension project. About 300 piles have to
be made and I am glad to report that APCC is very happy with our vibro. They have experience with the ICE 416 and were happy to see the new updates that J&M have made to this classic machine.

Vast improvements include bearing covers with 0-rings, top plate with o-ring seal, built in manifold block for hoses on top of suppressor, softer rubber elastomers for less crane line shake, higher quality hoses and fittings, engine shut down for low hydrualic oil, super large oil cooler for continous operations in hot weather, plus many other new features only found on the J&M 416. King Evarts, the original designer of the ICE 416 is updating the 815 and other classic models he invented.

King Evarts can be reached by calling J&M headquarters located in Pittsburgh, Pa. by dialing 412 682-4553. Call King Evarts for all your replacement parts for ICE 216, 416, 612, 812, 815, 44, 66 and 1412 vibro machines. We will beat all prices by at least 10 percent.
